My Story
I'm Sandra, accredited coach, consultant, and someone who spent years believing leadership wasn't for people like me.
I navigated 23 years in the pharmaceutical corporate world, never quite fitting the typical "leader" mold.
But I found my way, and became the person others turn to when they're figuring out their own path.
Now I help two groups: corporate individuals stepping into leadership roles they're not sure they're ready for, and young adults from minority backgrounds figuring out who they are and what they want professionally.
Both need the same thing: permission to lead authentically, tools to move forward with confidence, and someone who's been there.
