My Story
I'm Sandra, accredited coach, consultant, and someone who spent years believing leadership wasn't for people like me.
I navigated 23 years in the pharmaceutical corporate world, never quite fitting the typical "leader" mold.
But I found my way, and became the person others turn to when they're figuring out their own path.
Now, in addition to designing and delivering impactful training experiences, I help two groups:
- corporate individuals stepping into leadership roles they're not sure they're ready for,
- young adults from minority backgrounds figuring out who they are and what they want professionally.
Both need the same thing: permission to lead authentically, tools to move forward with confidence, and someone who's been there.
