About me

My Journey

For most of my career, I didn't see myself as someone who belonged in the corporate leadership.

I'm French of Caribbean (Martinican) heritage -which means I was always navigating multiple identities, never quite fitting the mold of what a "leader" was supposed to look like. When I started my career in procurement, leadership wasn't even on my radar. It was something other people did.

But over 23 years, something shifted. I changed roles several times, taking risks, and found my passion in adult learning, eventually becoming Senior Training Manager. Along the way, I found myself doing the thing I never imagined: leading. Not because I suddenly fit the traditional leadership image, but because I learned to lead as myself.

That journey included a self-discovery resulting in award-winning Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, but more importantly, it taught me something: the people who make the best leaders are often the ones who never thought they could.

Now, as a certified coach, I help others on that same path.

Two Passions, One Mission

My work focuses on two groups - and both are closer than you might think.

Corporate Training & Coaching

I specialize in pharmaceutical companies and corporate teams, particularly working with first-time managers and field teams. These are people stepping into leadership roles they're not sure they're ready for - the reluctant leaders, the ones who got promoted because they were great at their job, not because they asked for it.

My programs help them build confidence, develop their teams, and lead authentically. I draw on 23 years in the industry - I know pharmaceutical sales, I understand the pressure, and I've trained hundreds of professionals navigating this transition.

This work matters because good leadership changes everything - for teams, for organizations, and for the leaders themselves.

Student & Young Professional Coaching

This is the work that feeds my soul. I support students and young professionals - especially from minority backgrounds - as they navigate identity, career choices, and the transition from campus to workplace. These are young people facing immense pressure to "have it all figured out" while also navigating questions of belonging, authenticity, and what success even means for them.

Having walked this path myself, I understand the unique challenges they face. I offer coaching, mentoring, workshops, and support that give them permission to figure things out at their own pace, tools to navigate uncertainty, and confidence to show up as themselves.

This work matters because young people deserve someone who's been there, who gets it, and who won't add to the pressure they already feel.

Why Both?

Here's what connects these two groups: they're people at critical moments of transition, questioning whether they belong, and needing someone to say "you've got this, and you don't have to be anyone other than yourself."

I work with people at two ends of that same journey - students deciding if leadership is even for them, and professionals stepping into it for the first time. Both need the same thing: authenticity, confidence, and practical tools.

And honestly? My corporate clients see that I understand the full arc from student to leader. My student clients see that I've actually done what I'm coaching them toward. It all works together.

A Little More About Me

I'm based in Beaconsfield, Quebec, and I'm fully bilingual in English and French - essential for working with Montreal's diverse communities and organizations.

I'm a mother to adult children, which means I've lived through the exact conversations my student clients are having - career decisions, identity questions, navigating uncertainty. I've supported my own kids through it, and now I bring that lived experience to my coaching.

My Martinican roots keep me connected to my heritage and remind me of the power of bringing your whole self to your work.

And my journey from someone who never imagined leadership to someone who now helps others step into it? That's the story that drives everything I do.

My Philosophy

"Leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room. It's about making space for others to find theirs."

I believe coaching isn't about having all the answers - it's about asking the right questions. It's about holding space for people to figure out their own path, not telling them what that path should be.

I believe authenticity beats perfection every single time.

And I believe that some of the best leaders are the ones who had to overcome their own doubts to get there - because they lead with empathy, not ego.

That's what I bring to every coaching session, every workshop, every training program.

Let's Work Together

Whether you're a pharmaceutical company looking to develop your next generation of leaders, or a student figuring out who you are and what you want, I'd love to support you.
