I work with students and young professionals - especially from minority backgrounds - navigating identity, career choices, and workplace transitions. I spent 23 years in corporate pharma never quite fitting the "typical leader" mold. Caribbean heritage, woman of color. For over 20 years, I didn't talk about it. Eventually I found my way. Now I help others find theirs.

One-on-one work on figuring out your major, navigating your first job, dealing with imposter syndrome, learning to speak up when you're the only one who looks like you.
Group Coaching
Small groups (4-6 people) working through common challenges together. Workplace navigation, building confidence, developing professional identity.
Career & Workplace Navigation
For young professionals in their first job: the unwritten rules nobody teaches you. Building relationships, advocating for yourself, handling microaggressions, succeeding without exhausting yourself.
